If our hotel were a human body, every department would be a vital organ — working together to keep the energy warm, the atmosphere effortless, and the stay unforgettable. And at the very heart of it all is our Housekeeping Team.

Our Housekeeping Team works behind the scenes to make every stay feel flawless. They’re the reason every window is crystal clear with a view straight out to Half Moon Bay, every pillow feels like an invitation to melt into sleep, and every room greets you with cool, perfect air and that unmistakable “Beach House” sense of calm.
So… who are these women who make the magic happen?
Yeimi: Our Heartbeat of Housekeeping
Yeimi has been part of The Beach House family for three years — and we hope for many more. From her early days with us, she’s stood out for her incredible attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and natural leadership. Her commitment to excellence is why she now leads the Housekeeping Team.
You’ll spot Yeimi quietly moving through the property — a little shy, always soft-spoken, but forever with the warmest smile.
Maritza: The Keeper of Every Corner
Maritza ensures that every space — from the Boutique to our spa area — feels clean, cozy, and cared for. She has a gift for noticing what guests love, what they need, and the small details that elevate an ordinary stay into a memorable one.
If you’ve ever walked into a perfectly refreshed room or an impeccably tidy shared space, chances are Maritza just passed through.
Nitza: The Rising Star
Our newest addition, Nitza, has quickly proven herself an invaluable part of this powerhouse trio. She’s learning fast — the standards, the systems, the flow — but most importantly, she’s learning what makes The Beach House The Beach House: warmth, care, and thoughtful intention.
Her effort hasn’t gone unnoticed by our team or our guests — and we know you’ll be seeing a lot more of her.
THE GIFT OF AN EARLY WELCOME
Our Housekeeping Team is often the reason guests are able to check in early — one of our most complimented perks. When a guest arrives tired from travel and we can hand them keys early with a smile (and without a fee), that’s our team’s dedication in action.
And on the rare occasion your room isn’t quite ready, we’ll welcome you next door at Mila del Mar with our signature tropical cocktail, The Siren — the perfect intro to Roatán and to your home by the bay.
