1) Cancellation made 15 days or more prior to your arrival: The cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of the first night plus taxes.
2) Cancellation made 15 days or less prior to your arrival. No full refunds will be provided. However, you have the following two options: a) Use the credit towards a future stay, which must have a check in date within 6 months of your original check-in date. OR b) Partial refund: You are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total cost of your stay including taxes.
Please note: The cancellation policy applies to all room types and rates unless stated otherwise. If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a “no-show” and NO refunds or credit will be given. The cancellation policy is subject to change for special promotions, group bookings, or specific room types. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for any variations. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original booking, unless otherwise specified.
