How to Make “The Siren”
Ingredients (per drink):
• 2 oz Vodka (or coconut rum for a sweeter touch)
• 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• A splash of Blue Curacao
• Ice
Instructions:
• Fill a shaker with ice.
• Add vodka or rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice.
• Shake well until chilled.
• Fill a glass with ice, add the splash of blue curaçao, and pour in the drink.
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge and fresh mint.
Pro Tip: We prepare our simple syrup daily with equal parts water and sugar.
